Hi St. Mary’s families! We need your help to make our Spring Auction successful.

Do you, or someone you know, own or work for a business that can donate goods or services? All donations are tax deductible! Examples of donation items come from restaurants/breweries/wineries, salons and spas, hotels, fitness and health facilities, sporting events, concerts, plays, and recreational activities. Also, if you operate a multi-level marketing business (Mary Kay, Scentsy, DoTerra, Tupperware, Melaleuca, Thirty-One, Pampered Chef, etc.) please consider donating some of your fantastic products. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!


Nacho Sales $2 – Friday, 4/7

Nacho Sales will be held Friday, April 7th to benefit 7th and 8th graders going to Washington D.C. during Easter Break! Sales will be at Recess and Lunch-Time.

Track Meet: Saturday, April 1st

Track Meet is on Saturday, April 1st at Cathedral Catholic School in Del Mar.

  • Track meet for K-4th grade is on April 1st from 8:30 am to about 1 pm (it could last a tad bit longer depending on how many participants from all of the school are in the event)
  • Track Meet for 5th – 8th grade in on April 1st from 12:30 pm to about 4 pm (it could last a tad bit longer depending on how many participants from all of the school are in the event)

5th Grade Elementary Teacher and Athletic Director

Teacher Show & Tell: Thursday, March 30th

On Thursday, March 30, 2017, our amazing elementary and middle school teachers will be conducting teaching demonstrations in their classrooms from 6:15-7:15 p.m.

Please join us and get a small snapshot of what your child experiences in class each day! After a quick demonstration, there will be a question and answer session to discuss what you have learned.

Your students are very welcome to accompany you – they’ll love it! We will also offer childcare for the little ones, so you will able to concentrate on your classroom experience. Please RSVP to the Front Office if you need childcare.

Jeans for Jesus on Thursday, March 16th

This month’s Jeans for Jesus (Thursday, 3/16) will benefit the Burn Institute. The Burn Institute is a San Diego non-profit health agency dedicated to reducing burn injuries and deaths through fire and burn prevention education, burn survivor support programs and the funding of burn care research and treatment.
